The return ended up being more of a pain than it should’ve been. I expected it to be straightforward, but it felt like there were too many steps and too much back-and-forth.

Checkout was where everything started to feel off. My cart kept refreshing on its own, the shipping price changed after I entered my info, and the payment button just sat there spinning like it wasn’t doing anything.

I tried twice on my phone and once on my laptop, but it was the same issue every time. At that point I didn’t really trust it anymore, so I gave up and ordered from somewhere else

I had to exchange my hoodie for a bigger size, and the process itself was simple. The only frustrating part was waiting longer than I expected for everything to go through. It wasn’t a huge deal, but those extra few days felt kind of annoying when I just wanted the right size already.

It wasn’t terrible or anything, and there were a couple things that were fine, but overall I was disappointed. Just didn’t really live up to what I was expecting, so I probably wouldn’t order it again.

It feels like they barely talk to or engage with the people using their stuff. The community gets very little attention, and it kind of gives the impression that they’re more focused on making money than actually listening to feedback or building a good relationship with users.

I got a hoodie and it’s okay overall. From a distance the design looks good, but when you look close, some parts of the print are kinda fuzzy. The colors are fine, just not as bright or sharp like in the pictures. Hoodie feels nice enough and I’ll still wear it, but for the price I was expecting the print to be a bit better

I’m not trying to make a big deal out of it, but yeah, this really didn’t feel worth what I paid. The material was just okay, nothing special, and it reminded me of cheaper stuff I’ve bought before. I was expecting something a bit nicer for the price. It’s fine, I guess, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

The item looked different from the description, and the sizing info wasn’t very accurate either. I wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do next, return it, exchange it, contact someone? The next steps weren’t clear at all, which made the whole thing more frustrating.

Am I the only one who couldn’t make sense of the size chart? I actually followed it, but the fit still ended up being way off. There wasn’t much detail to go by either, so it felt like I was just guessing in the end. Frustrating.

The item itself was fine, or I guess I should say it was okay overall, but the packaging was disappointing. The box looked cheap, was a little crushed, and the tape was barely staying on. There wasn’t really any protection inside either, so the item was just moving around during shipping. For the price, I expected a bit more care. Not the worst experience, but definitely not great...

I was hoping for something a little more unique, but most of the designs felt basic to me. I did reach out to support, and they were nice enough — basically said they’re “always adding new styles” and to keep checking back. That’s fair, but for now it just didn’t really stand out to me

I get that things cost more these days, and I don’t mind paying a fair price for quality, but this just felt overpriced for what it actually looked like. Maybe it works for some people, but to me the value didn’t really match the price.

The styles were boring. Just not my thing. I wouldn’t wear much of it.

I had to wait way too long to get my refund, and it started to feel frustrating. I’m fine with waiting a few days, but this dragged on with barely any updates. Customer service was okay, but holding onto someone’s money for that long just doesn’t feel right. If returns are going to be this slow, I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

I found the site kind of frustrating. The pages were loading slowly, the menu kept shifting around while I was trying to click things, and checkout wasn’t very clear. I ended up giving up just trying to find basic sizing info, which feels like a avoidable issue.

I actually liked this shirt when I first got it. The fit was fine, and the print looked kinda cool right out of the package.
After maybe two washes, though, the fabric started feeling rough, and the print was already looking kinda cracked. I washed it on cold and didn’t do anything unusual, so that was frustrating.

I ordered from otherworldapparel.com and the delivery experience was smooth. I got the tracking info about a day later, and from the update messages, I kind of assumed they were on top of it rather than just sending some generic notice. The parcel arrived around the time they said it would, so no drama there. It wasn’t the quickest delivery I’ve ever had, but nothing got delayed or went missing, and the packaging was decent too. I’d give it 4 stars just because it could’ve been a little faster, but overall I don’t really have any complaints.

I thought this was going to hold up better, but the stitching started coming loose after just a few wears. i feel a bit misled by the quality because it looked fine at first, but it didn’t last. Disappointed.

I reached out hoping they could actually fix my issue, but it felt like I was getting nowhere. The replies were basically along the lines of, "sorry, there’s nothing we can do" and "please check again later," which didn’t solve anything. Frustrating experience overall.
